ZymoSnap ALP and ZymoSnap Positive Control Kit were designed to align with the regulatory pasteurization limit of 350 mU/L. Each positive control vial contains 350 mU/L of ALP can be used to determine positive threshold levels for each milk type and lot.
12-Month Shelf Life
ZymoSnap Positive Control Kit has a 12-month shelf life. Negative controls should be used within 48 hours when stored between 2 – 8 °C. Reconstituted positive controls should be used within 7 days when stored between 2 – 8 °C.
